Mentored by Master Chef Nishikawa Shinji (Chef Niche San), who took the young & talented Chef Yong Kim under his wing during their time at August Moon, in Norristown. The two have since moved beyond teacher & student, finding in each other a partner dedicated to creating exceptional Japanese Cuisine. Chef Nishi San has been a critical partner in every opening in the Bluefin series, from the East Norriton location to the opening of Bluefin Eagleview! Master Chef, Yong Kim is extremely proud of his third iteration of the Bluefin model.
